I thought the article, "Brittney Griner and the Queering of Professional Sports," was a great article. it shows how the media only cares about things they never saw coming. For example, Brittney was blatant about her sexuality when she showed up on the runway in matching dress pants and a vest, to pick up her girlfriend.
Another example would be the WNBA Draft. She came to the draft wearing a tuxedo and orange fingernails showing she is a woman but she isn't
straight. the media didn't make any commotion because they know she is gay.

I liked the way that you used photos to show what you were talking about in your post. I found it very useful and a good use of media.
ReplyDeleteI liked the way you put good pictures of Brittney Griner to show that she is successful and that the way she wears her clothes and why she wears him like that isn't a problem.
